insomnia is a sleep related disease..it might not have the capacity to kill a person,but only a affected person can explain how terrible it is,when the whole world is sleeping..the affected person will be awake rolling in his bed to get some sleep to regain freshness.Mostly these people get or sufer from these kind of diseases because of tension,depression,work related stress, and most commonly due to family matters.Proper attention to these diseases can ease their stress and will be helpful in combating against these diseases..the worst part of is,is that many people doesnt even know that they are suffering from these kind of disease or do they have any knowledge regarding these diseases.awareness has to be made for public to be aware of these kind of problems.thought it may not kill a person,it can surely make a person's career in a big question mark.the affectd persons ,after sleepless nights do go to work.but will not have concentration in work that may affect his/her job.they will feel stressed,tension always and will show anger to everyone..it may well make their life miserable.and ladies in particular get affected mostly by sleep related diseases.but in most cases they do not show it to any one,or in some cases they does not have awareness about it.it is very importnt everyone should know about these dangerous diseases.the treatment for these are mainnly medication.but first thing to be done is to consult a physician .some basic behavioural therapy is a useful treatment.this menas some basic methods that may help patients sleep..

Hi - insomnia is serious. Some of your advise isn't. Medicine has no long-term solutions and sleep-clinics treat only apnea. You really should read gayle Greene: Insomniac, Or: I Want to Sleep/
